The Reason We Exist
The American commercial real estate market generates trillions of dollars in transactions every year. And yet, for most of the businesses and investors participating in it, the quality of advice available has remained fundamentally unchanged for decades — transactional, conflicted, and built around the needs of the industry rather than the client.
We Are American INC was founded to correct that.
Our founders spent years working inside the American commercial real estate ecosystem — advising on transactions, analysing markets, and watching clients make consequential decisions with insufficient information and misaligned counsel. The pattern was consistent enough that it demanded a response.
That response is this firm.
We built We Are American INC as a pure advisory practice — no brokerage arm, no inventory, no commissions, no conflicts. A firm where the only thing we are paid to do is think clearly on behalf of our clients and tell them the truth about what the analysis shows.
The name is deliberate. This market is our market. We know it the way only a firm built exclusively for it can.
